I’m a fully qualified counsellor and coach based in Hackney, East London. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and work to their code for ethical practice.

I currently work with young adults at Ravensbourne University providing counselling to undergraduate students. In my private practice I work with adults of all ages with a range of presenting issues, and I have a special interest in infertility and donor conception.

I have over 20 years of diverse work experience; from academia through corporate HR to various roles in the voluntary sector working with young people and those affected by donor conception.  In all my roles, my greatest fulfilment came from listening to and supporting those around me, and this encouraged me to retrain as a counsellor and coach.

I trained at the University of East London and hold a PGDip Integrative Counselling and Coaching (Distinction). I have a Bachelor's (Hons) degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in HR Management.
